The UPS Heracon 80 kVA, part of the HEPower series, is specifically designed for medical imaging equipment in hospitals and industrial loads in manufacturing facilities.

In healthcare environments, the 80 kVA range is commonly used to protect MRI 1.5T systems and CT scanners (32–64 slices) from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, GE, Philips, Fujifilm, Canon, and United Imaging (UIH). UPS Heracon ensures full compatibility and reliable operation with these systems.

In industrial applications, the 80 kVA capacity is widely deployed across various areas, from control rooms to production lines, conveyor systems, as well as pump and fan motors. These loads typically feature high inrush currents, unstable operating conditions, and high total harmonic distortion (THDi), requiring a specialized UPS design to prevent failures and ensure continuous production.

UPS Heracon integrates an isolation transformer at the inverter output, providing superior compatibility in high-harmonic environments. It also offers high inverter overload capacity, along with carefully selected components and circuit boards designed to withstand demanding industrial conditions.
